Ingredients

  • 6 medium carrots
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut them in half, then slice each half lengthwise into three sticks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until evenly coated in the seasoning mixture.
  4. Preheat your air fryer by spraying the basket with olive oil. Spread the seasoned carrots evenly in the basket.
