  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil for dressing
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey) for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard for dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt for dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper for dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a jar. Seal and shake until well blended.
