Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp (3-5 minutes) and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; broil for an extra 1-2 minutes for crispiness if desired.
