  • 5 sprigs thyme
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 150g unsalted butter, softened
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 cups low-salt beef broth
  • 2.5 cups dry red wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Let the roast sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
