- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onions, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Cube the chuck steak into bite-sized pieces.
