- 1/2 white onion, finely diced
- 16 slices American cheese
- 12 count dinner rolls
- Homemade burger sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Butter a baking sheet and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Mix in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Slice dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves on the baking sheet.
- Layer cheese over rolls followed by the beef mixture and another layer of cheese.
- Top with the other half of the rolls.
- Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- While baking, whisk together burger sauce ingredients until smooth.
