- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
- Cook tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the ribeye steak for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet.
