Instructions

- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- For the mousse, melt semisweet chocolate with milk in a saucepan over low heat, then cool slightly.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold in melted chocolate until smooth.
- Spread mousse over cooled brownies and refrigerate for at least three hours before serving.
