- 4 tbsp melted vegan butter
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup almond or oat milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (regular or gluten-free)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- For the cinnamon swirl: 4 tbsp melted vegan butter, 1/3 cup brown sugar
- For the glaze: 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 2 oz vegan cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In one bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and oats.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
- For the cinnamon swirl, mix melted butter with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Layer half the batter in the loaf pan followed by half the swirl mixture; repeat layers.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before glazing.
