  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (plus water)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until crispy (5–7 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet with some bacon grease left, cook the chicken breast for about 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Crumble the cooked bacon and mix ranch seasoning with water in a small bowl.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixed with sour cream on the tortilla. Layer with ranch-coated chicken, cheeses, crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  5. Roll up tightly and crisp in the skillet for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Slice in half if desired and serve warm.
