  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
  • ¼ cup ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients while alternating with whipping cream and milk until just combined.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon-sugar mixture by combining the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Layer half of the batter in the bundt pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then add remaining batter followed by the rest of the cinnamon-sugar. Swirl gently.
  7. Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack; drizzle with prepared icing.
