  • 1 3/4 cups (415ml) warm water
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary leaves and coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

  3. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  5. Gently punch down the dough and shape it into a rectangle on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Cover and let it rise for an additional 30 minutes.
