  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Return chicken to the pan, coating it in the garlic butter sauce.
  4. In another pan, melt additional butter and sauté garlic. Gradually whisk in heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with creamy sauce and serve topped with garlic butter chicken and parsley.
