- 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat.
