  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
  • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 12 maraschino cherries with stems
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie layer by melting butter and mixing in sugars. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla extract. Combine dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour into the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. For the cheesecake layer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar followed by eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream until blended.
  4. Pour cheesecake filling over cooled brownie layer in the pan. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 5 hours.
