Ingredients

  • 23 tsp chili oil (to taste)
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Slice the cucumbers thinly or spiralize them for fun shapes. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 8–12 minutes to draw out moisture.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers with the marinade and toss gently until evenly coated.
