Ingredients

  • 250g dark chocolate
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 200g butter or baking spread
  • 150g golden syrup
  • 100g malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken)
  • 75g mini marshmallows
  • 200g Maltesers

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square tin with baking paper, greasing it lightly.
  2. In a saucepan on low heat, melt together butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate until smooth. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, marshmallows, and Maltesers.
  4. Pour about two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture over the fillings and stir gently to coat.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the lined tin, smoothing it down with a spatula. Tap the tin to release air bubbles.
  6. Decorate with remaining Maltesers on top before chilling in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
