- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Dried thyme
- Dried basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Cook salmon skin-side down for about 5–6 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove salmon and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, thyme, and basil. Simmer until combined.
- Return salmon to the pan, spoon sauce over it for 2 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
