  • 3 garlic cloves

  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Paprika
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes), then remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onion until softened (3-4 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; stir to combine. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top; cover and let sit for 2-3 minutes until melted.
