  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  3. In plastic punch cups, layer the ingredients: start with 2 tablespoons of graham cracker mixture, followed by 3 tablespoons of cheesecake filling.
  4. Add half of the cherry pie filling and sprinkle with more graham cracker mixture.
  5. Repeat with remaining cheesecake filling and top with reserved cherry pie filling.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for up to 24 hours before enjoying.
