Ingredients
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
- 11 ounces butterscotch chips (divided)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (divided)
- 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles (divided)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups roasted lightly salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 11 ounces bag KRAFT caramels or caramel bits
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips with half of the peanut butter until smooth. Stir in half of the Cocoa Pebbles and press into the prepared dish.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallow creme, remaining peanut butter, chopped peanuts, and vanilla extract until combined. Spread over the chocolate layer.
- Melt KRAFT caramels with remaining evaporated milk until smooth; pour over nougat layer and spread evenly.
- Melt remaining chocolate chips and butterscotch chips; pour over caramel layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
