  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips (divided)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (divided)
  • 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles (divided)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups roasted lightly salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 ounces bag KRAFT caramels or caramel bits
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips with half of the peanut butter until smooth. Stir in half of the Cocoa Pebbles and press into the prepared dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallow creme, remaining peanut butter, chopped peanuts, and vanilla extract until combined. Spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Melt KRAFT caramels with remaining evaporated milk until smooth; pour over nougat layer and spread evenly.
  5. Melt remaining chocolate chips and butterscotch chips; pour over caramel layer and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
