- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 1 cup dairy-free yogurt
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp almond extract
- 1 1/3 cups ground almonds
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free)
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare two 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, melted vegan butter, dairy-free yogurt, vanilla extract, and almond extract until combined.
