- 14.5 oz can fire-roasted diced tomatoes

- 6 cups low-sodium beef broth
- Fresh herbs (basil, oregano, parsley)

Instructions
- In a large soup pot over medium-high heat, brown the sausage and onion for about 4 minutes. Add bell peppers, garlic, and red pepper flakes; sauté until tender.
