- 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup brown sugar, (packed)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter, (melted)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan.
- Combine crust ingredients and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
