  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter (plus more for greasing)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces shredded medium cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish with butter.
  2. Boil salted water with Old Bay seasoning; add shrimp and cook until opaque (about 30 seconds). Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. In the same bowl, mix shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish.
