  • 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 1 large yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Toss halved potatoes with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl until well-coated.
  3. Add sliced sausage, onion, and bell pepper; mix gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and dot with cubed butter.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
