  • Extra firm tofu
  • Cilantro lime rice or Vegan Mexican rice
  • Black beans
  • Red and orange peppers
  • Avocado
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Coconut sugar
  • Corn starch
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
  3. Mix sriracha sauce with olive oil and coat the tofu cubes.
  4. Toss tofu with spices until fully coated.
