  • 2 cups + 2 tbsp (280g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry-flavored gelatin mix
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting
  • 2430 chocolate kiss candies, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and extracts; mix well.
  3. Incorporate strawberry gelatin into the mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  5. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
  6. Roll dough into balls and place on a lined baking sheet; bake for 11-13 minutes.
