  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
  • 6 oz. strawberry Jello
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush Golden Oreos in a bowl, mix with melted butter, and press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. For the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, then mix with yogurt, blueberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spread the blue layer over the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. For the red layer, dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water, add iced water, then fold in sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
  5. Once the blue layer has set, pour the red layer over it and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
