  • 125g coconut milk (cream only)
  • 125g caster sugar (for filling)
  • 3 tablespoons cornflour/cornstarch
  • Optional: pinch of turmeric (or yellow food gel)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Melt dairy-free butter and combine with dairy-free milk and caster sugar in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in yeast and let sit until frothy. Gradually mix in flour to form a dough.
