  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack and cheddar)
  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Diced green chilies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in a skillet until soft.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed onion, garlic, spices, and half the cheese.
  4. In the skillet, make the sauce by whisking melted butter with flour, then gradually adding broth and sour cream.
