  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Flaked sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Pour over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
  5. Once frozen, sprinkle with flaked sea salt if desired, then cut or break into pieces.
