- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Flaked sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Pour over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
- Once frozen, sprinkle with flaked sea salt if desired, then cut or break into pieces.
