  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
  2. Remove the outer leaves and trim the stem of each cauliflower head. Cut each in half lengthwise and slice into 1½-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of each steak and sprinkle seasoning evenly.
  5. Place on a rimmed baking sheet covered with foil. Bake for 5 minutes, remove foil, flip the steaks, and roast for an additional 16-18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
