Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove the outer leaves and trim the stem of each cauliflower head. Cut each in half lengthwise and slice into 1½-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of each steak and sprinkle seasoning evenly.
- Place on a rimmed baking sheet covered with foil. Bake for 5 minutes, remove foil, flip the steaks, and roast for an additional 16-18 minutes until golden brown.
